Logo Color Usage

Logos can only be Aggie Blue, Gray, White, Or Black. There are two color options for the U State and Bull marks. Logo colors from the school must be used. Logos cannot be modified.

Spirit Marks Reference Requirement

Spirit Marks 8-11 must have a reference to Utah State or Aggies on the product(s).

Established 1888 Verbiage Restriction

"Established 1888" can not be used on products not associated with the Established 1888 line. Can use 1888, Founded 1888, etc.

University Seal Usage

University seal permitted on products for resale (reviewed on a case-by-case basis). No alterations or overlaying graphics to seal permitted.

NIL Restriction

No use of current players' NIL is permitted on commercial products in violation of NCAA rules and regulations.
