University permits the following jersey numbers without player's name on products for resale: #1, #98, and current year.

Logos cannot be altered, recolored, distorted, cut up, tilted or modified in any way.

No design elements should touch the fleur-de-lis.

The pepper marks shall not be used as a stand-alone mark and will only be used as an accent within current logos.

No gold, orange, purple or maroon for base colors of garments or merchandise.

No references to drugs or tobacco-related products may be used in conjunction with University marks.

No use of current player's name, image, or likeness is permitted on commercial products per NCAA rules.

No alterations or overlaying graphics to logos permitted.

The one-color University seal permitted on products for resale (reviewed on a case-by-case basis).

The full color seal is reserved for commencement-related products and the President's Office.

Any Indicia adopted hereafter and used or approved for use by University of Louisiana at Lafayette shall be deemed to be additions to the Indicia as though shown above and shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
