University Of North Texas Brand Guidelines

The UNT Diving Eagle is the chief visual component of UNT Athletics’ overall brand integrity. For all purposes we will always use the Diving Eagle. Approximately 1 inch tall is the smallest the Diving Eagle should be.

The protected area around the UNT Diving Eagle is roughly equal to the triangle height of the inside of the logo. At least this amount of space must surround the logo in all applications.

The UNT Diving Eagle logo can be used in green on white, white on green, green on black, and green on gray backgrounds.

The Texas Diving Eagle logo can be used as white eagle on green Texas map with white, green, black, or grey backgrounds, and black eagle on green Texas map with green or black backgrounds.

The recommended minimum size for printing wordmarks on all materials is .25” in cap-height.

The Mean Green Script Wordmark is limited to usage on black or grey uniforms. Script Wordmark font represents a “throwback option” for a single uniform set and must be approved prior to usage. It can also be utilized on sideline apparel.

Logos in the vault are available with approval for special occasions. Only use marks that will be used at retail or on uniforms. The marks CANNOT be altered in anyway.

The following logos and marks are retired and should not be used without approval.

The UNT Spirit Font is not available for external usage.

All uniform, apparel, or team gear designs and orders must be approved through Mike Villa and sport program administrator BEFORE ORDERS ARE PLACED.

Vendors seeking to use any university-owned identity elements must be licensed by Affinity.
