Diving Eagle Logo Usage and Minimum Size

The UNT Diving Eagle is the chief visual component of UNT Athletics’ overall brand integrity. For all purposes we will always use the Diving Eagle. Approximately 1 inch tall is the smallest the Diving Eagle should be.

Diving Eagle Logo Protected Area

The protected area around the UNT Diving Eagle is roughly equal to the triangle height of the inside of the logo. At least this amount of space must surround the logo in all applications.

Diving Eagle Logo Color Variations

The UNT Diving Eagle logo can be used in green on white, white on green, green on black, and green on gray backgrounds.

Texas Diving Eagle Logo Color Variations

The Texas Diving Eagle logo can be used as white eagle on green Texas map with white, green, black, or grey backgrounds, and black eagle on green Texas map with green or black backgrounds.

UNT Wordmark Minimum Size

The recommended minimum size for printing wordmarks on all materials is .25” in cap-height.

Mean Green Script Wordmark Limited Use

The Mean Green Script Wordmark is limited to usage on black or grey uniforms. Script Wordmark font represents a “throwback option” for a single uniform set and must be approved prior to usage. It can also be utilized on sideline apparel.

Historical Logo Vault Usage

Logos in the vault are available with approval for special occasions. Only use marks that will be used at retail or on uniforms. The marks CANNOT be altered in anyway.

The University North Texas System and the University of North Texas are the owners of all of their trademarks, service marks, trade names, slogans, graphic images and photography and they may not be used without permission.
