Athletic Primary Mark Usage

If placing an arched 'Nevada' over mark 2, use the official mark, mark 1, instead. The 'Sport Wolf' in primary marks should only go left-to-right. Unless the application process prohibits it, the ear, eye and nose of the Sport Wolf should be the same color as the background. Any treatment to one part of the official mark should be applied to all parts. Both parts of the official mark should be the same color.

Pack Mark Preferred Usage

"PACK" script is preferred helmet logo on all apparel.

Baseball/Softball N Mark Restriction

The Baseball 'N' mark is reserved for baseball or softball-specific gear.

No Mixing Academic and Athletics Marks

Do not mix the academic mark (the University N) on same design as athletics marks.

University Seal Usage Restrictions

Use of the University seal is reserved for formal and official documents, such as diplomas, certificates, official records and student transcripts. The seal should not be used as a background image on websites and publications. The seal should only be used on certificates signed by the President.

University Seal Approval Requirement

All usage of the seal must be approved by Office of the President. All certificates signed by the President require approval of the President’s office and should be arranged in advance by contacting Janet Sanderson at (775) 784-4805 or via email at [email protected].
