Purdue University Northwest (PNW)

The TM must be included on all promotional and retail products. The mark can be done in any size that best fits the needs of the overall design. The mark can appear in a tonal application.

No use of current players' name, image, or likeness is permitted on commercial products in violation of NCAA rules and regulations.

No references to alcohol, drugs, or tobacco related products may be used in conjunction with University marks.

Using initials 'PUN' to designate 'Purdue University Northwest' is not permissible.

At no time should anything be placed over Purdue University Northwest logos and wordmarks.

All elements surrounding Purdue Northwest logos and wordmarks must adhere to clear space requirements.

Purdue Northwest logos and wordmarks should not be modified, stretched, or distorted in any way.

Purdue Northwest logos and wordmarks should not be used in any other color combination other than those specifically on the logo sheet. With limited approval from PNW Marketing and Communications, other color exceptions may be acceptable (i.e. tonal applications).

Purdue Northwest registered logos and wordmarks should not be outlined in any way other than those specifically on the logo sheet.

Do not fill the Purdue Northwest logos and wordmarks with a gradient or pattern.

Do not add additional elements to Purdue Northwest logos and wordmarks.

All uses of University trademarks on retail or promotional products will incorporate the appropriate trademark designation symbols, ® or ™.

When the use of the registration mark (®) and ™ symbols are not practical (extremely high quality product, too small, too big, or used repeatedly, etc.), the statement 'The Indicia depicted on this product are trademarks of the Purdue University Northwest.' may be used in lieu of the registration mark or trademark. The indicia statement may appear on the product itself, the product tag, the product sticker, or on the packaging of the product. Permission is needed from the University prior to use of the Indicia statement.

When using the characters 'PNW' on apparel, the ® symbol must be included.
