No use of current players' name, image, or likeness is permitted on commercial products in violation of NCAA rules and regulations.

No references to alcohol, drugs, or tobacco related products may be used in conjunction with University marks.

Any variations of these marks for special use such as retail, promotion, fashion trends or other unique circumstances must be reviewed and approved in writing by the university.

All art MUST be shown on a product mockup for approval.

Must provide written approval for the use of a third party brand at time of submission.

The Hawk Head must be front facing with nothing appearing over the top of the mark.

Club Sports Team must ensure that they use either the club sports logo or official Club Name.

Script M is only available for Miami Athletic Dept. Baseball Team Retro Jerseys.

The seal is reserved for high-end products only and use by the President's Office.

No alterations or overlaying graphics to seal permitted.

No mark should be altered, distorted, stretched, rotated, or drop-shadowed at any time.
