No use of current players' name, image, or likeness is permitted on commercial products in violation of NCAA rules and regulations.

The University Seal must always appear alone. No other graphics, text, college names, or sub-unit language may appear with the university seal.

University Seal Merchandise Sales Restriction

Merchandise bearing the university seal may be sold exclusively through the university bookstore on high-quality, formal items befitting the distinguished, ceremonial nature of the mark.

Case-by-Case Review for Additional University Seal Items

On a case-by-case basis, Marketing would consider and review the addition of other items made of high-quality material such as wood, metal (brass, pewter, silver), leather, stone, etc. carrying a price point of $50 or more.
