No use of current players' name, image, or likeness is permitted on commercial products in violation of NCAA rules and regulations.

Electric Blue Usage for Athletic Marks

The Duquesne wordmark should never appear in electric blue. The primary athletic logo should never appear in electric blue. DUQ should never appear in electric blue. For all Duquesne Dukes lockups except marks 71 and 77, the word Duquesne should never appear in electric blue.

No Alterations to University Seal

No alterations or overlaying graphics to seal permitted.

No references to alcohol, drugs, or tobacco related products may be used in conjunction with University marks.

All references to 'Dukes' must be in conjunction with 'Duquesne', 'Duquesne Athletics' or the primary monogram/wordmark.
