Preferred Font Style for Merchandise

A block-style font is preferred for merchandise designs. Cursive or non-block-style letterings should not stray too far from DSU's look and feel.

Hornet Logo Accompaniment Preference

It is preferred that the plain Hornet logo be accompanied with Delaware State text when imprint area allows, especially on the front of shirt apparel.

Academic and Athletic Logo Combination Restriction

Academic and athletic logos should not be used together in merchandise designs.

Multiple Logo Clutter Restriction

Designs should not be cluttered with use of multiple logos in one area of the design.

Images not affiliated with Delaware State University should not be part of a merchandise design.
