TM and ® indicia should not be used on licensed products.

All artwork included in this guide is the property of Cornell University and may not be altered under any circumstance.

The Block C logo should only appear in Cornell Red, white, or black; should only appear as solid; gradient coloration is not approved; do not embellish with a black outline; do not apply effects such as drop shadowing or embossing; should not be modified, skewed, stretched, or distorted in any way; images should not be inserted into the Block C; should not be obstructed, blocked, or cropped; do not change the opacity of the Block C; elements should not enclose the Block C implying a new or additional mark.

Use of the Block C with 'Cornell' in alternate fonts is okay as long as the design is not attempting to imply a lock-up using a font other than Cornell Victorious – there should be appropriate clear space between the C and words. Use of the Block C with 'Cornell University', 'Cornell Big Red', 'Cornell Hockey' (and other sports), 'Big Red', 'Alumni', 'Mom', 'Est. 1865', 'Alumni', 'Class of ', etc. is allowed.

The C Bear logo functions as a spirit mark and may be used in conjunction with 'Cornell University', 'Cornell Alumni', and other wording as approved by Cornell Licensing. PMS 4635c & PMS 469c.

Use of the Retro Bear marks will be very limited.
