Belmont University Brand Guidelines

The logo should never be reproduced smaller than .75” wide or 54 pixels for the vertical logo, and 1.5” wide or 108 pixels for the horizontal logo.

A clearance area or margin around the logo is needed. Use the measurement of the width of the “T” in “Belmont” around all four sides of the logo. This always scales with the logo.

High-resolution graphics must be at least 300 ppi at the actual size for print. For on-screen use, the logo should be at least 72 ppi at the actual size.

The logo should never be stretched out of scale, recolored, redrawn, have additional typefaces or text added, be broken into separate pieces, be trimmed, or be used to create a different logo. Do not alter the color of the logo, use more than one color, rearrange the elements, fill portions with different colors, skew or stretch, apply drop shadow, glow or any other effects, use non-approved typefaces, or use the tower icon alone.

Use of the University seal is restricted to communications from the Office of the President, the Board of Trustees and executive officers of the University for special communications and events, formal documents including commencement programs, diplomas, transcripts, certificates and contracts, and other official documents or historical University materials. The seal should not be used in daily communications or altered in any way.

Refrain from using retired assets listed as retired Belmont University logo variants and seal variant.
